Delivery Information

We offer reliable and fast free shipping worldwide. Our goal is to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible.

We reserve the right to split your order and dispatch them separately if this will decrease order processing time and it is reasonable for the buyer. No additional shipping costs shall be incurred in this case.

Order Processing: Orders placed before 14:00 are processed the same day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

International Shipping: We offer worldwide delivery! Shipping times vary by destination and costs are free. Duties and taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy, you can return or exchange your item(s) within 14 days of delivery.

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact Us
    Email our customer support team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. 

  2. Return Eligibility
    Returned items must be unused, unwashed, not modified in any way, and with all accessories e.g. belts, and in the original packaging and labels attached, accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.

  3. Return Shipping
    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong product. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.

Refunds: Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 14 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are excluded from return, unless they are faulty:

  • Personalised products
  • Cosmetics and skincare products
  • Unsealed video games
  • Face masks & face coverings
  • Underclothing including shapewear, swimwear, intimate apparel supplied with a hygiene strip at time of delivery that has had the strip removed,
  • Earrings or pierced body jewellery
  • Assembled furniture
